Production & delivery timeline
9 business days from design approval to delivered, end to end. That window covers art proofing, decoration, QC, and domestic Ground shipping. It starts the day your payment clears or your PO is recorded — your order page shows a live estimate the moment we start production.
Expedited shipping
Need it sooner than the 9-day window? Expedited carriers are available at submit:
- 2-Day: 2 business days in transit on top of production. Flat $25 per shipment.
- Overnight: next business day in transit on top of production. Flat $60 per shipment.
For trade-show or launch deadlines, reach out before you check out — we can usually compress the production end too.
Tracking
Tracking emails go out the moment the carrier scans the package. Authenticated accounts also see live tracking on their order detail page. Guests get a magic-link in the order confirmation email — bookmark it; it's the only way to view a guest order without registering.
Multi-address shipments
Bulk orders can ship to multiple addresses out of one cart. Add an address spreadsheet at checkout (CSV: name, address, qty per SKU). We split the order into separate shipments at no extra cost beyond the per-address shipping rate.
International
We ship to Canada via Ground (10–15 business days) and 2-Day Express. Other destinations on request — reach out via /support with the country and we'll quote the lane.
Duties and import taxes are the recipient's responsibility on international orders. Domestic US sales tax is calculated at submit based on ship-to.
Delivery issues
If a package is lost, damaged, or arrives wrong, report it via your order detail page within 14 days of the carrier's delivered scan. Misprints, defects, and carrier-damage claims are covered by our guarantee.
