Custom decorated items
Custom decorated apparel is non-returnable. Once your design has been printed, embroidered, or otherwise applied to a blank, that piece can't be resold to anyone else, so we can't take it back. This is why:
- The 3D preview is your final approval — proof carefully before submitting.
- Our minimum is 24 pieces per design, so the math works at production scale.
- Anything wrong on our side (misprint, wrong product, defect, shipping damage) falls under our guarantee instead — see that page for remedies.
Unopened blanks
On the rare order where decoration was skipped (e.g. spec-sheet-only proofs), we accept returns of unopened, unwashed blanks within 14 days for a refund less a 15% restocking fee and return shipping. Email support@swagbyte.com for an RMA.
Issue remedies (guarantee)
Misprints, defects, wrong product, and shipping damage are covered by our guarantee. Common remedies:
- Reprint of affected pieces with no new approval round needed (artwork unchanged).
- Refund of affected piece pricing back to the original payment method.
- Account credit for the next order — usually fastest if you have a deadline.
Process
Open your order at /account/orders, click Report a problem, and attach photos. Most claims resolve within 1 business day.
Guests can use the magic link in the order confirmation email to access the same report-a-problem flow without an account.
