Port Authority's Textured Hooded Soft Shell Jacket is one of our nicer soft shells. Spec-wise, it's 100% polyester (soft shell). It's wind- and water-resistant without the bulk of a heavy coat. For decoration, we'd embroider the left chest, it's the standard for a soft shell. At $79.80, it's a high-end soft shell for corporate outerwear programs.

It's per design: 24 units for screen print, 12 for embroidery. You can design with no minimum — it only applies when you actually place the order, and it's per design, not per order.
Product price plus decoration, all-in. Decoration depends on the method — screen print by ink color (up to 10), embroidery by stitch count — and your quantity, since setup and digitizing spread across the run, so bigger runs cost less per piece. No setup, art, or proof fees, and tax is already included in the price you see.

Standard production is 7–10 business days after you place the order, with 3–5 day rush available. Shipping is Ground (5–7 days), 2-Day, or Overnight, with tracking on every order.

Yes. Business accounts apply for Net 30 at signup. A team member reviews your application and follows up within one business day — you can order pay-now in the meantime. Approved accounts start with a 50% deposit and the balance invoiced at shipment; full Net 30 opens after three on-time payments. Card and ACH at checkout too.
If it's not right, we make it right — misprints, wrong products, defects, or shipping damage all get a reprint or refund. Report it from your account or by email and we respond within one business day.
